These terms cover your use of the Syntropic Labs website and the early-access waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.

The waitlist isn’t a purchase

Joining the waitlist registers your interest — it is not an order, and nothing is charged. Prices shown alongside products in development are indicative and may change before anything ships.

Reservations

Some products can also be reserved at their full listed price, taken by card through Stripe. Reserving isn’t placing an order: it holds your place in the shipping queue. We haven’t committed to a ship date — we’ll contact you before anything ships, and you can cancel at any point before then.

Email spiro@syntropiclabs.ai at any time and we’ll refund your payment in full, no questions asked, within 5 business days.

Not a medical device

Our products are strictly memory support. We make no claim to treat, cure, or slow cognitive impairment, and nothing on this site should be read as medical advice. They are not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and are not intended for use in a medical emergency — if you need emergency help, contact emergency services directly.

Everything on this site — text, design, and branding — belongs to Syntropic Labs unless otherwise noted, and is provided as-is. The site, the products described on it, and these terms may change as we build. We’ll try to keep this page current, but it isn’t a substitute for asking us directly if something is unclear.
